A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Settlement of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, 1932
Haji Isma‘il ‘Arab had assigned one thousand five hundred tumans for each of his daughters, ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and appointed Haji Muhammad Husayn as the executor of his will and guardian of his daughters. According to this settlement between Mir’at al-Saltanah, on behalf of ‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, and Ra’is al-Vikalah and Mirza Salman from Haris, on behalf of Haji Muhammad Husayn, the two sisters should be paid an amount of two thousand five hundred tumans from the assets owned by Ahmad Aqa and ‘Ali Aqa, the sons of Haji Isma‘il.

Settlement regarding the inheritance of Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan, between her husband, Yad Allah, and Mashhadi Murtaza, her brother, and on behalf of her five sisters (Rubabah Sultan, Habibah Sultan, Shawkat Sultan, Sultan, and Nisa’ Rukh). The settled property includes a property listed in her marriage contract with her former husband, the late Nayib Ibrahim, and what she had inherited from him.

Letter regarding inheritance
Letter (on letterhead of ‘Asr-i jadid newspaper) addressed to Mirza Ahmad who was the executor of the will of the writer's parents. Upon Mirza Ahmad and Khalah Jan's advice, the writer's share was given to Fakhr Taj Khanum to be returned to the writer when they reached the legal age. However, Fakhr Taj Khanum has not returned the share and the writer is asking for Mirza Ahmad's help. At the end, the writer compares this favor to buying and then freeing a slave for Aqa ‘Abd al-‘Ali.

Dividing property of Mirza Muhammad Khan Fakhim al-Saltanah among his daughters: Zaynab, Rubabah, and Asiyah, 1927
The document reads in part: "Dividing the property of the late Fakhim al-Saltanah: after giving his wives their mahrs and spending one third of his inheritance according to his will, and also after giving each wife a share of the inheritance (an eighth), the rest of the inheritance, including whatever remains of properties, gardens, buildings, furniture, pack animals, pasture, roadsters, and the rest were divided among Fakhim al-Saltanah's daughters, Zaynab Khanum, Rubabah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum. Each daughter received her share, after which, they lose the right to question this decision...

Power of attorney given by Karbalayi Zayn al-‘Abidin Nahhas [the copper dealer] known as Karbalayi ‘Abid [the devoted], son of Muhammad ‘Ali, to Muhammad Baqir ‘Attar [the herb seller], son of the late ‘Ali Munajjim [the astrologist], in order to manage his financial matters during his absence from Shiraz.
